We have reached another birthday. Today Wyatt is 5 months old! It seems like such a short amount of time but so much has happened. Wyatt is now starting to get very vocal about stuff from "where did my toy go" when he accidently loses it to "this toy is so much fun I'm going to squeal with delight even in the middle of silent confession". I love to hear him "talking" but I'm not so sure of the hard of hearing elderly folk at church. Oh well, he's a baby. I think about my cousin Karen who will be starting her parenthood journey very shortly and how much fun she will have in watching her young son grow as I have mine. Then I also think of my cousin Sally, who's son Sam will be turning 1 in a little under a month and I see how much I have to look forward to in the coming months.
Here I am at 6 days old with my teddy (who's as big as I am)...
I always say that two thumbs are better than one (especially when one of them is momma's)! (He's got my thumb and his in his mouth.)
Is this how I start moving?! Look out mom!
